Black Hills Energy offers rebates to residential customers who purchase and install energy efficient equipment in their homes. Incentives exist for a variety of measures, including lighting, HVAC, water heaters, advanced power strips, and refrigerator recycling. Incentives are different for residents of Laramie County and Weston County.
