Equipment Requirements:
Customer must have received a completed free in-home assessment by Appalachian Power in order to qualify for rebates

Heat Pumps:
Upgrade of heat pump requires minimum 14 SEER
Heat pump replacing electric furnace requires minimum 13 SEER
