Thermostatic Radiator Valves: $100 each
Bath Fans: $20 without light; $50 with light
Gas Furnace: $300
Insulation: $0.25-$0.30 per square foot
Pipe Insulation: $4.00 per linear foot
Windows: $2/sq ft when replacing double-pane; $3/sq ft when replacing single-pane
Water Heaters: $35-$75
Commercial Gas Water Heater: $4.00/kBTUh
Commercial Tankless Gas Water Heater: $2.75/kBTUh
Demand Control System for Hot Water Circulation: $420/unit
Heat Pump Water Heater: $150-$500, depending on size and efficiency
Clothes Washers: $120 - $300
Refrigerator: $35 per unit
Lighting: varies, $1/lamp -$400/project
Lighting controls: $20-$125/fixture or sensor
Foodservice equipment: $400-$2,600/unit; $750/HP for vent hood

Energy Trust of Oregon offers owners of multifamily properties, with two or more units, cash incentives for upgrades to windows, appliances, water heaters, building envelope, heating and cooling, energy efficient lighting and more. To be eligible for these incentives, the project must be located within the service territory of Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas or Avista. Multifamily properties are also eligible for solar incentives.
