Summary

Liberty Utilities' program for existing commercial buildings provides incentives for energy efficient equipment installations. Small businesses (those with a monthly demand less than 200 kW), large businesses (those with a monthly demand greater than 200 kW), and municipalities are eligible.

Small businesses are eligible for incentives on: chillers, compressed air, HVAC, lighting, motors, and variable frequency drives.

Municipalities are eligible for incentives on: chillers, compressed air, heating, cooling, water heating, HVAC, lighting, motors, and variable frequency drives.

Large businesses are eligible for incentives on: chillers, compressed air, HVAC, lighting, motors, and variable frequency drives.

In general, incentives are designed to pay, on average, approximately 35% of the total project cost. All equipment must meet program efficiency requirements in order to be eligible for rebates. Contact LIberty Utilities for additional information on this program.
