Crawl space perimeter: R-13 or higher
Basement exterior wall insulation: R-13 or higher
Floor insulation: R-19 or higher Geothermal: see program website
Installation Requirements:
Customer must select an HVAC contractor who is qualified to perform a Manual J load calculation.
