Summary

Commercial and Industrial Spire Energy customers can receive rebates for various energy efficiency measures. Customers implementing specified efficiency measures can receive standard rebates. All other rebates under this program will receive customized incentives which are determined by using the Societal Benefit/Cost Test, as defined in the latest edition of the California Standard Practice Manual for Economic Analysis of Demand-Side Programs and Projects. Additionally, an energy audit rebate is offered under this program which encourages customers to conduct a facility energy audit. There is a limit of three buildings per customer per year for audit incentives. Contact the utility for other program information or guidelines.

The program offers three types of incentives:

• Standard incentives: space-heating, boilers, water heaters, food service, thermostats.

• Custom incentives: Pre-approved system improvements.

• Energy Audits Incentive: Contingent upon Standard or Custom measures
