Summary

Through a multi-member partnership, Cape Light Compact (CLC) and Mass Save offer a variety of financial incentives for commercial and industrial facilities. Custom rebate options are available for both new construction and retrofit measures in commercial/industrial buildings, as well as for small businesses. New and existing buildings may be eligible for prescriptive rebates for certain technologies as well. Small businesses with an average monthly demand of less than 300 kW are also for direct install incentives, installed by CLC's vendor. Rebates may vary depending on whether projects are retrofit or new construction. More information on rebate types and amounts is available on the official program website.

Municipalities are also eligible for custom energy efficiency incentives, up to 100% of the cost of recommended measures. See here for more information.
