Lighting: Up to 50% of cost or $1,000/kW of reduced demand, whichever is less
LED Light Bulbs: $3/bulb, capped at 60 bulbs/year
Energy Audits: 50% of cost
Maximum Incentive:
Lighting: $50,000 per customer during the lifetime of the program

Concord Municipal Light Plant (CMLP) offers rebates to commercial customers for a variety of energy efficiency measures, including heat pumps, lighting retrofit and new construction, and HVAC equipment.
