2006 IRC mandatory statewide. Chapter 11 of the IRC provides energy conservation standards

ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1-2007, and 2009 IECC for buildings not covered by ASHRAE, mandatory statewide

Beginning in January, 2007, codes are upgraded every 3 years. Last commercial code update effective on August 1, 2012. Last residential code effective January 1, 2011.
