Summary

Duke Energy encourages its business customers to increase the energy efficiency of eligible facilities through the Commercial and Industrial Energy Efficiency Rebate Program. The equipment rebates provided through this program are available to all Indiana commercial and industrial customers of Duke Energy with a demand of 500 kW or less. The energy efficient equipment, such as light fixtures, can be installed in new or existing facilities, with the exception of many of the lighting products, whose rebates apply to retrofits only. Customers may install the equipment themselves, but those installations will have to be inspected by Duke Energy before the rebate is awarded. Rebate applications must be submitted within 90 days after the new equipment is installed and operational.
