Summary

Empire Electric Association provides financial incentives to its residential consumers who upgrade to energy efficient appliances and HVAC equipment.  These rebates are offered in conjunction with Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, with Empire Electric generally matching the incentive amounts provided by Tri-State for equipment and appliances.  In many cases, additional rebates are available for HVAC and water heating equipment that exceeds the minimum efficiency or technology requirements of the program. For specific details on rebate amounts, equipment requirements, and additional incentives available, review the Energy Efficiency Credit Program Worksheet located Empire Electric's website.
