Whole house evaporative cooler: $150
Wall/window room evaporative cooler: $50
Pool Pump: $5/every month pump is using during off-peak hours
Attic insulation: 10 ¢ per sq. ft. - 20 ¢ per sq. ft.
Exterior wall insulation: 15 ¢ per sq. ft.
Whole house fan: $100 (limit 1)
Solar-powered attic fan: $100 (limit 2)
Electric attic vent fan: $50 (limit 2)
Duct replacement: $150 (max for entire duct system replacement)
Duct sealing and required blower door testing (entire system only, new systems not eligible): 50% of project cost (up to $350 max.)
Cool roof (coatings or products): $0.10 per sq. ft.
